Troy & Karren  of James Street  Motor Inn  have been in the motel industry for almost 10 years  and offer  a range of services when it comes to group bookings .

James Street Motor Inn  , has the perfect facilities when is comes to group bookings  and we are happy to help plan your visit , we have a number of  2/3/4 day tours pre planned and would be happy to email these  to you  should you require some local  infomation . 

All 30  units are spaciouse and on the ground floor  ,with queen beds ,reverse cycle airconditioning , 8 Channell austar ,wireless  internet .

We have a on site  bar  &  restaurant   , which can seat to 60 guests .We offer a variaty of dinner options , from buffett , alternat drop or choice of  3 meals , with 2 or 3 courses .Meals are of the highest standard and a large variaty  when  groups stay  for a number of days , traditional home made  deserts are served  eg bread & butter pudding , syrup dumplings  etc .Special needs are cattered for with priour notice .

Rooms can be single (with single sup) double , Twin or Tripple share .

All twin/tripple share rooms are set up with extra face washers etc  to catter for the individual guests .

Room keys/milks  etc are  placed in the rooms before the caoch arrives .On  arrivial we will board the coach with a room list for all guests welcome the group  , explain  dinner/breakfast timeS and  where all faclilities of the motel are  ; Eg Dinning room .We are happy to assist  guest with there bags and  to settle them into there  rooms , even set the airconditioner to the desired temp  if needed .

 Group Rates for 2011 , these are industry rates (eg coach opperators )

Dinner Bed & Breakfast  (DBB ) .Double or twin share , includes 2 course dinner (buffett )  ,hot & cold buffett breakfast  .$96.00 per person .based on a 1 night stay , $92.00 for 2 or more nights .

Min numbers apply for  ,1 only  Foc for coach driver / hostess
